"Constant subroutine .* redefined at" prevents pre-commit hook from fully running

As I note at https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=8871#c7 it looks like the "Constant subroutine .* redefined at" warning is causing the pre-commit hook to abort

It looks like we're already ignoring "Subroutine .* redefined" so it just needs to be expanded
