db-compare-only is reported passing despite a diff found

The db-compare-only CI job is reported passing despite the logs showing an error.

I can reproduce locally.

perl /kohadevbox/misc4dev/run_tests.pl --run-db-compare-only --compare-with v25.05.00-2

And it ends up creating junit-db-compare.xml reporting "All tests passed"
