Script needs to be adjusted for changed title of developer meetings

Since switching to Jitsi for our meetings, the page titles for the agenda were updated to the format:

Development Meeting 18 October 2023

Removing the IRC from the title. This causes problems with the script that should be adjusted accordingly.
