Increase max-width from 800px to 1080px improving table displays and allowing for few lines to wrap.

Update custom.css to set wrapping for table cell content so we don't have lots of horizontal scrolling challenges.

Rename system preference RequestOnOpac to OPACHoldRequests in OPAC preferences, OPAC and implementation checklist.

The version number in the HTML output is hard to read. This patch adds
custom css to override the theme css style.

Bug 29638: Fix the default value used for year in framework subfields - should be <<YYYY>> not <<YEAR>>

This fixes the value for year that can be used to set the default value for MARC subfields in frameworks. It should be <<YYYY>>, not <<YEAR>>.
