Enhance the 'Queues'

I'm contemplating improving the 'Queues' in the dashboard.

Currently, we have four prominent lists up front and center.

Last signoff, Needs signoff, Needs QA and New Features.

Whilst 'Last signoffs' and 'New features' are nice to see to show progress.. they're not especially helpful for prioritizing what's next. I'm contemplating to move them around a bit on the page and put them together rather than on opposite sides.. they don't 'Progress' not 'Next steps' so could fit in their own section together.

Now, 'Needs signoff' and 'Needs QA' are the queue the team should be looking to for "What's next to do".. they currently list '10 oldest' which is great to focus the mind on working through things older to newest.. but we then hide away 'blockers', 'criticals', 'majors' under the 'health status banner'.. and 'rm priorities', 'version priorities' don't get any love at all... I'm thinking we could split the two queues horizontally into 'Priorities' followed by 'Oldest'...
