144 images are missing since the move to Sphinx

Since we have moved to Sphinx, 144 images are missing.

This was certainly caused by a bug of the script that did the move.

The images have not been replaced when the screenshot tags where followed by a string: git grep -P '[^$]' origin/manual16.05.x | wc -l returns 147 occurrences.
