Recommend usage of Closes: tag instead of Link: ?

The kernel documentation prefers the usage of the Closes: tag over Link: (unless the issue is only partially addressed), and I see there has been a recent patch updating the "handling regressions" document: https://lore.kernel.org/linux-doc/20240513084145.2460-1-balejk@matfyz.cz/. To be consistent with the kernel's recommendation, I suppose it would be good to update regzbot's documentation and particularly the suggested tags to add to a patch fixing a regression (which show below "When fixing, add this to the commit message to make regzbot notice patch postings and commits to resolve the issue:").
