Store parameters in EEPROM/flash
Currently, parameters can be changed via the web interface. On a power cycle or reset, these parameters are lost. For permanently changing them, currently a re-flash of the firmware is required. If parameters are stored in EEPROM, no re-flashing is required.
Ideally, this would be combined with a structured way of setting/storing/tuning parameters. The current method is quite messy.
