These functions return true if any part of the object is inside the
area.

Fixes #830

It was in the Bus section, which didn't make sense.
It's now in the wire/label overview section, where
it makes a bit more sense.

also fix a few broken icons, oops

Removed obsolete import library configuration option from the dialog
shown at the first run after upgrading from version 5.* to 6.* of KiCad.
