windows 11 not identified correctly (shows as window 10)

Description

It's a nitpick, but for platform, "About KiCad" menu shows platform as Windows 10, instead of Windows 11. Build number is correctly identified.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install KiCad on Windows 11
2. Inspect About KiCad pop up, platform description
