Support Apple Silicon

This builds on work from @sephamorr and others.

This also includes some stylistic improvements and tweaks, but I did my best to get those into their own commits.

This assumes you have some changes in both kicad (kicad/code/kicad!1392 (merged)) and dyldstyle (adamwwolf/dyldstyle!4 (merged)).
