Pcbnew 5.99: unable to do STEP export (kicad2step: unexpected parameter)

Description

When trying to export any board to STEP, an "unexpected parameter" error is thrown by kicad2step.

When clicking "OK" there is something that looks like a command help screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to export any board as STEP

Application: KiCad (64-bit)
