Junction dot disappears if it is rotated prior to being copied (Ctrl+C) or duplicated (Ctrl+D)

Description

Found a strange bug which seems to be repeatable on my end:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Draw the following shape, it can be any shape that has a junction dot

  1. Select everything and copy-paste like below:

  1. Now Select the new copy and rotate it by clicking 'R'

  1. Now highlight both the drawings and copy-paste them with either Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V or use the duplicate function Ctrl+D. Notice how the junction dot from the rotated drawing disappears:
