Create Project from Template doesn't rename template files

Description

Template files (schematics, pcb) have set names in the template folder. They used to (KiCad v5) be renamed to the new project name when creating a project from template. Now, they are copied to the new project folder but retain their old names. Empty files with the new project name are also created

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch KiCad
2. Create Project from Template
