Assert error after right-clicking while drawing Rule Area in PCB Editor

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Select "Rule Area" from right Menu
2. Start drawing the rule area
3. Right click to open context menu
4. Kicad stops with wxAssert error
5. Context menu does not open
