3D viewer: orthographic / perspective setting is not preserved

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Start 3D viewer;
2. It always starts in "Perspective view" mode, regardless orthographic view was turned on in previous session.

By session, I mean several ALT + 3 during the same pcbnew session.
