Intersheet hyperlinks do not work

Description

Clicking the intersheet hyperlink brings up a menu but clicking on the relevant "Go to ##" link does nothing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load attached project
2. Click on an intersheet reference and try to use it to navigate to alternate page
