pcbnew: Manual NET editing quirks

Description

Cannot create net and assign it to a pad afterwards.

• Or, cannot rename empty net, as per screencast?

This, cannot be used net is lost afterwards after save (this point is as designed), but why allow to create net i a first place..

Steps to reproduce

1. Open this: noname_2.kicad_pcb
2. Give net name "GND", try to assign it to a pad -> impossible.
