Import Graphics to Edge.Cuts layer fails

Description

Inkscape 1.0.1 is used to create an 'organic' PCB outline and saved as an SVG. File is successfully imported into KiCAD Version: (5.99.0-7767-gfb7ac450), release build using File | Import \ Graphics... menu. Attempting to render board in 3D Viewer results in failure 'Board outline is missing or malformed'.

Running DRC results in 'No edges found on Edge.Cuts layer'.
