Pcbnew Polar Coordinate Angle Units

Description

Relative coordinate display in polar mode shows angle in degrees/10.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open pcbnew
  2. Switch relative coordinate display to polar coordinate system
  3. Move cursor to (1, 1) and observe displayed angle (4.5 instead of 45)
