PcbNew: 3D viewer does not show silkscreen text in nightly

Description

In the current nightly, the 3D viewer does not display silkscreen text like text, refdes. Symbols on silkscreen (KiCad logo) are displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. open any board
2. bring up 3d viewer
3. Observe there are no refdes or other silkscreen text.
