When updating symbols from libraries it's not possible to reset other other field properties but leave the text itself

Description

In the Update Symbols from Library dialog the fields to be resetted must be chosen to reset any property of that field. The text of that field, at least ref and value, is then always reset. Therefore it's not possible to reset other properties of texts and leave the text itself intact.

Solution: add "Reset field texts" option to Options.
