Hierarchical sheet resize should not move hierarchical sheet pins
Description
"Hierarchical sheet pins" (electrical connections) should not be moved while resizing "Hierarchical sheet".
Steps to reproduce
- Place hierarchical sheet with pins on the left, wire the pins;
- Try to resize sheet up-right;
- Hierarchical pins are stuck to the upper part of the sheet and are dragged together with a mouse pointer;
This disrupts existing wiring an usually a lot of effort is needed to wire things back as it was after resize;
Consider if pins are placed vertically: in this case horizontal resize should not move vertically placed pins.
