PcbNew: DRC inadvertently flags courtyard error for circular courtyard

Description

DRC flags courtyard error (malformed, not a closed shape), but the courtyard is a circle. What can be not closed in a circle? The bug was not there in yesterday's (W10 build Oct 21st) nightly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open attached board
2. Run DRC
3. See the flagged courtyards are a perfect circle
