Ratsnet not updating while moving part

Description

When moving a part, ratsnet lines do not update (follow) as the part is moved. They are updated only after dropping the part at the new location.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any board
2. Select and move a random part
3. Observe the ratsnet lines stay frozen until dropping the part at the new location
