no way to unset 'Zoom to Select'

Description

it is possible to enable the Zoom to Select feature in pcbnew and eeschema
it is not possible to disable it

Steps to reproduce

1. open pcbnew or eeschema
2. click the Zoom to Select button
3. click the Zoom to Select button
