An old style .sch file is created for a new project

Description

KiCad creates a .sch file when I create a new project and open the schematic. It notices that it will be converted and saved in the new format. This is of course unnecessary; a new style kicad_sch file should be created.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new project.
2. Open the schematic from the project view.
3. .sch file is created.
