Old backannotation function (.cmp file) in the toolbars

Description

5.99 has the new backannotation dialog which should usually be used instead of the old .cmp file system (which can be found from the file import/export menus). It would be time to either change the toolbar buttons to point to the new dialog, or remove them. (BTW, the icons are different from the "Update Schematic from PCB" icon in the Tools menu which has just been copied from "Update PCB from Schematic", where the arrow points to the wrong direction.)

(EDIT: I mistakenly thought that pcbnew has the similar toolbar button, but it doesn't. The screenshot is from eeschema. So this report is only about that one button in the main toolbar of eeschema.)
