"Keep Upright"-type functionality for Dimension objects.

Current behaviour:

Expected bahviour:

• Text always readable from bottom or right edge of paper
• Text rotation independent from drawing direction (top-bottom vs. bottom-top)
• Text allways above line for horizontal text and left to the line for vertical text

Could this be fixed in V5.1.x or is this a "new feature" for V6?
