Footprint dragging stopped working.

Description

Dragging footprints no longer works. Footprints are moving, but connected tracks stay in place.

First bad commit is 7f593d39.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a demo project (pic_programmer or video)
2. Try dragging footprints
