Setting in 3d-viever are global to all places where we can see 3d models

Description

If you turn of visibilyty of smd and tht components, they also are not visible in footprint properties>3d model. The default visibility settings should be used for displaying 3d models in the foodprint properties, not the global settings imported from 3d browser, in pcb editor.

PLease add adictional button in footprint properties to toogle visibility of 3d model OR, open 3d model with smt and tht visible by default.
