Locked Item Shadow always enabled when changing presets and do not dim nor hide

Description

All current layer presets include (in contrast to the previous KiCad version) the locked item shadow. This is very dominant as it does not even dim or hide and therefore from my perspective really annoying. So each time when I now change the layer preset, I have to disable manually the locked item shadow.

Also it is not possible to modify an existing preset to exclude some objects. This works as long as you do not exit pcbnew, but once you start it again, the original settings seem to be back.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a board with a locked footprint in pcbnew.
2. Select a layer preset in pcbnew.
3. Hit H to try to dim/hide the locked item shadow. The only way to make it go away is to disable it in object appearances
4. Once disabled select a layer preset again.
5. The shadows are back.
