NGSPICE: model parser bug when an underscore is in model name

Description

I'm not really shure if this is a bug or if the lib if not correct. I didn't know NGSPICE good enough. But I got a lot of these errors with some libs from the internet. Please check... It seems, that the "_" is not accepted in a model name

This model name drops an error message

Deleting the underscore makes the model work!
