Description

Images can not be selected (moved, rescaled, etc) in the PCB Editor.

Steps to reproduce

1. PCB Editor / Place / Add Image (Select some image and put it on the PCB).
2. Just after placement, the image is still selected and has "resize corners",and it can be resized, etc.
3. Unselect the image.
4. Try to select it again. This does not work anymore.
