PCBNEW standalone: "Append board" overwrites Board title block

When using "Append board" function, current Title block is Overwritten with the one from Appended board.

Description

When using "Append board" function, current Title block is Overwritten with the one from Appended board. Expect that only the layout is appended, and everything else stays from the currently opened design.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch PCB Editor in standalone mode
2. Use Append board to append existing layout (part) from Kicad's PCB file
3. See how the original Title block is overwritten with the one from Appended project
