resizing textboxes doesn't works with rotated textboxes

Description

The textboxes in board/footprint-editor can be resized with dragging 4-corner-points and 4 mid-line-points.

This resizing doesn't works if the textbox is rotated at 90°/180°/270°. Dragging the modifier-points on such a rotated textbox results in a minimized textbox - reduced to a point or to a line.

Affects board-editor and footprint-editor.

Steps to reproduce

  1. open attached project, open board
  2. notice the 4 textboxes on the bottom
  3. try to resize the left textbox with all 4+4==8 grabbing-points: works
  4. try to resize the other rotated textboxes with all 4+4==8 grabbing-points: mostly not working
  5. if you want: it's possible to open the footprint REF1 in the footprint-editor and also play there with textboxes - same problem with resizing the rotated textboxes
