eeschema: copying symbols looses Value and Footprint-parameter

Description

Copying a symbol in eeschema multiple times (making a copy from the copy, not pasting the original symbol multiple times) looses the Value- and Footprint-parameter entry of that symbol. This occurs not always at the first copy, sometimes it occurs only on the second/third copy of a symbol.

  • affects also the "Duplicate symbol"-command.
  • doesn't affects new inserted symbols from library-editor

affects only v6.99

Steps to reproduce

  1. open attached project, open schematic
  2. select IC1
  3. CTRL+C / CTRL+V
  4. place pasted symbol to the right of IC1
  5. for sure: repeat CTRL+C/CTRL+V with newly pasted copy to get a third symbol
  6. examine the new symbol-properties and compare with original symbol-properties: Value + Footprint
