symbol editor: click-drag moving textbox not possible

Description

The symbol-editor has the new added textbox-feature. After adding such a textbox these can't be click-drag moved with the mouse. Instead of moving the selected textbox a new selection-box is drawn.

Moving with hotkey "M" works fine.

Moving a similar textbox in eeschema also works fine.

Steps to reproduce

1. open attached project, open schematic, doubleclick symbol, click "Edit footprint in library" --> symbol editor opens
2. single-click to select the textbox (see picture 2)
3. move mouse-pointer over textbox --> cursor changes to "movement-cross"
4. try click-drag to move the textbox --> doesn't works, instead a new selection-box is drawn (see picture 3)
