FP-editor: THT-pads shown despite all layers switched off
Description
The footprint editor shows all THT-pads of a footprint despite the layer-setting in the appearance-manager is set to "all layer off".
This is contrary to the behaviour in pcbnew, where "all layer off" shows really nothing on the canvas (except drawingsheet and FP-anchor-points).
affects: v6.0 / v6.99
Steps to reproduce
- open attached project, open board
- doubleclick connector-footprint, click button "Edit footprint"
- move mouse to appearance-manager-->layer-pane-->RMB-click --> context-menu --> hide all layers
- observe: all layers switched off, THT-Pads still visible
