When realtime connectivity is off, a graphical line is started from a dangling wire/bus end.

Description

When experimenting with effects of #9628 (closed), I noticed, that when clicking a dangling wire/bus end with dirty connectivity, a graphical line is started.

This is coming from a crash fix for #10394 (closed).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Do heavy slow stuff in Schematic editor (like copying a lot of symbols) to trigger #9628 (closed) realtime connectivity safety valve
  2. Draw some wires/buses (without refreshing).
  3. Click on a dangling end: a graphical line is started.
