v6 3D viewer renders wrong pad shape (stickhub demo project)

Description

Pads are looks different in 3D viewer (issue also occurs at v6.99)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open kicad v6 or v6.99 -> File -> "Open demo project";
2. load "Stickhub" demo project, board -> view board at 3D viewer;
3. See difference between pcbnew and 3D viewer, connector J7.
