Pre-defined sizes of vias combo box not updated with units change

Description

In the "Track & Via Properties" dialog, upon pressing Ctrl-U, the combo box of "Pre-defined sizes:" isn't updated with all other fields.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open "Track & Via Properties"
2. Press Ctrl-U
3. Observe all fields change their units, excludes the "Pre-defined sizes:" combo box
