Custom physical_clearance and physical_hole_clearance rules ignored by interactive router
<!-- --------Before Creating a New Issue----------- * Limit report to a single issue. * Search the issue tracker to verify the issue has not already been reported. * Complete all instructions between `template comment markers <>. * Keep report contents limited to the necessary information required to fix the issue. * When creating an issue against the stable version of KiCad, make sure the latest available stable version is installed as issues may have already been resolved in later stable versions. --> # Description <!-- What is the current behavior and what is the expected behavior? --> <!-- If the issue is visual/graphical, please attach screenshots of the problem. --> <!-- Add the issue details below this line and before the "Steps to reproduce" heading. --> When custom physical_clearance or physical_hole_clearance rules are defined, they are not evaluated by the interactive router. Violation are caught correclty when running DRC though. This is related to https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/work_items/18658 and https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/work_items/23699 I think. # Steps to reproduce <!-- If there are multiple steps to reproduce it or it is a visual issue, then providing a screen recording as an attachment to this report is recommended. --> <!-- If this issue is specific to a project, please attach the necessary files to this issue. --> <!-- Add the steps to reproduce using the numbers below --> <!-- Add new step numbers before the "KiCad Version" heading. --> 1.Add one or both of these custom rules: ``` (rule "Via ring clearance to pad" (condition "A.Type == 'via' && B.Type == 'pad'") (constraint physical_clearance (min 0.15mm)) ) ``` and/or ``` (rule "Via drill not in pad" (condition "A.Type == 'via' && B.Type == 'pad'") (constraint physical_hole_clearance (min 0.15mm)) ) ``` 2. Start routing single track 3. Switch to via mode 4. via can be placed on pads of same net (it even snaps to the pad center if it's enabled). # KiCad Version <!-- Copy version information (from main menu Help->About KiCad ->Copy Version Info) and paste it between the triple backticks below to preserve the formatting. --> ``` ``` ``` Application: KiCad PCB Editor x64 on x64 Version: 10.0.1, release build Libraries: wxWidgets 3.3.2 FreeType 2.13.3 HarfBuzz 12.3.0 FontConfig 2.17.1 Platform: Windows 11 (build 26200), 64-bit edition, 64 bit, Little endian, wxMSW OpenGL: Intel, Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics, 4.6.0 - Build 32.0.101.7084 wxWidgets: 3.3.2 (wchar_t,STL containers) Boost: 1.90.0 OCC: 7.9.2 Curl: 8.18.0 ngspice: 46 Compiler: Visual C++ 1944 without C++ ABI KICAD_IPC_API=ON KICAD_USE_PCH=OFF Locale: Lang: en_GB Enc: UTF-8 Num: 1,234.5 Encoded кΩ丈: D0BACEA9E4B888 (sys), D0BACEA9E4B888 (utf8) ```
