wrong DCR error annular width
I Have DRC error which not right.
It says Error annular width. Minimum constraint is 0.1mm, actual 0.00mm.
However, using measuring tool I've got 0.7mm

So the footprint is 2 pads with same number.
The preferable way is single graphic pad with 2 holes. That way the clearance also shown like single pad. However, I didn't know how to make it. Also making
rounded rectangular graphic pad. The documentation does not cover this yet.
