footprint chooser: some footprints can't be selected [MSW-specific?]
# Description
some footprint-entrys in the footprint chooser can't be selected, the select-click is ignored.
workaround: scroll/move the content of the footprint list vertically (scroll wheel / scroll-arrows on the side of the window) so the desired footprint is displayed on a different position in the window. Now the footprint can be clicked and selected.
as this might be important: single screen laptop, kicad in fullscreen mode, used screen resolution 1920x1080, Windows OS desktop skaling = 125%
# Steps to reproduce
1. open any schematic with some symbols, doubleclick any symbol, click icon on footprint field --\> footprint chooser opens
2. try to click/select some footprints, some are not selectable
