Dragging the Preference window is super slow

Description

When I drag the Preferences window in Footprint Editor it is super slow. It doesn't lag it just in "slow motion" I have never experienced anything like this before on Windows 😅

I am seeing this issue in:

• Footprint Editor
• PCB Editor
• Schematic Editor

Steps to reproduce

1. Install fresh nightly
2. Open Schematic Editor
3. Open Preferences
4. Drag the Preferences window
5. Observe strange behaviour
