DRC does not check for interference between THT pads and SMT footprints on the other side.
Description
In the attached project, there is a THT connector on the Front, and a SMT resistor on the back side of the PCB:

DRC does not flag this. In the Violation Severity settings there is a Miscellaneous / PTH inside courtyard (Which is apparently off by default ???). Turning this on however does not help. It either does not work, or THT pads are not regarded as PTH. asdf_DRC_THThole_5.99.zip
Steps to reproduce
- Open attached project.
- Run DRC.
