Allow Schematic text to be vertically aligned

Description

With the Add text (T) tool in the schematic editor, there is no option to justify the text vertically. Currently it always center aligned. Often when one appends text, the align goes all out, especially if it is a list of items. All the field attributes can be justified horizontall/vertically, would be great it text objects could also be top/bottom aligned.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Schematic Editor
  2. Add text to the schematic, close the dialogue, then add another line of text to the text object.
