Request for radius and diameter dimensioning tool

Description

A tool to dimension the radius or diameter of arcs, circles and PTH/NPTH holes would not only help with footprint reviews (here it would be most helpful for pads and holes of pads) but i assume also for dimensioning board outlines and other board features.
