Automatically update hierarchical sheet pin graphics when underlying labels change

Description

Changing a hierarchical port direction (from input to output) I expect the block appearance to be automatically refreshed, or, at least, the "cleanup" option to appear by right-clicking the block. Anyway, the only way to update block pins is to delete the hierarchical pin from within the block, move up in the hierarchy, prune no-more-existing connections from the block, and then re-adding a same-name pin with correct direction.
